Care Net statistical report

A few questions...

1.Which Ekyros forms does the data for questions 9-21 on the Care Net Report come from?

2.I am not sure what I should select as the Primary Reason for Visit when I have clients come in primarily for options counseling, abstinence counseling, or parenting counseling. Can these be listed under the primary reason for visit?

3. Which Ekyros form do you pull the statistic from that indicates a change of intention (regarding abortion, parenting, adoption, etc. decision) so that the correct data ends up on the Care Net report?

Hi Nancy,

Great questions. Here are some answers:

1.) The data for questions 9-21 on the Care Net report are pulled from 3 sources: 1.) the Concepts Shared form (question #3), 2.) the Individual Education form (question #1), and 3.) Group Class attendance. When editing the lists for these questions on the mentioned forms and also the Group Class Names you are required to enter the "Program" which directly corresponds with the "Center Program Statistics" (questions 9-21) on the Care Net report.

2.) Any type of counseling would be considered "Concepts Shared" which is found in this list. Concepts Shared is a more general term for counseling. Our purpose in keeping the list for "Primary Reason for Visit" limited to just a few major reasons is because this question & list directly corresponds with a question found on the Focus On The Family Option Ultrasound report that we provide. In order to keep this as accurate as possible, it is necessary to limit what the list includes.

3.) This information is tracked in 3 places. 1.) the Pregnancy Test Form (questions 3 & 4 in the Office Use Only Section), 2.) the Sonogram Form (Questions 4 & 5), and 3.) The Case Pregnancy Status, which asks "What is your assessment of the client's pregnancy intentions at last contact?" The Case Pregnancy Status should be updated anytime their is a known change in the client's pregnancy intentions.

Hopefully this all makes sense, but please let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks!

Sarah Miller
