Case Visit Posted: 22 Aug 2006 02:05 PM |
Would it be possible to add Bible Study to the case visit under the question: What is the reason for this visit? Or if it is possible to add edit to this area so we can make the change.
Thank you for your help as always. Have a wonderful day!

Hi Carla,
The reason this question is not editable is because it exactly matches a question found on the Focus on the Family Option Ultrasound Report. At this time it has been decided to limit the choices to those found on the Option Ultrasound report, with a few exceptions. However, this is a great question to revisit, and we will discuss it again based on your feedback.
Thanks so much for your feedback,

Sarah,
Thank you for your timely response. The reason I'm asking is when a client comes to our center for material assistance, they earn points through Bible Study to spend in our boutique.
Right now when a client comes in for a Bible Study, case visit is counted as other. Just a little information to share with you so you can better understand our need for this. Thank you and I pray your day is a blessed one.
In His Grip,

I can think of a couple ways you can track this informaton:
1) Through the Concepts Shared form -- Setting the concept (Q3) to "Bible Study"
2) Through the Individual Education form -- Setting the class to "Bible Study"
Hope that helps. |
