Center Productivity Report

My Director, Susan Hamel would like to be able to track only positive clients who changed their abortion view. As it stands now, we are tracking positive and negative clients who changed their abortion view. Could we take out the negative clients on the graph?

I'm assuming you are referring to the "Changed Abortion View" section of the productivity report.
However, i'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "negative clients". Do you mean the clients that *did not* change their abortion view?
More Information:
The Productivity Report is a "static" report and is not designed to allow you to modify the charts when it is first run. However, i've included a few examples on how to customize the report in Microsoft Word and Excel below:
Option 1) Create your own custom chart in MS Word:
-Output the Productivity Report to Microsoft Word.
-In Word, delete the chart.
-Select the changed abortion view statistics table.
-On Word's menu, select insert/picture/chart.
-Word will create a new chart based on the selected table. you can then customize the chart as you wish.

Option 2) Create your own custom Chart in MS Excel:
Run the Changed Abortion View statics (under client management\statistics). Export the results to MS Excel, and create your own custom chart.
