This message is in re: to how other centers are able to use the appointment book with volunteer staff. Has it been difficult to train the volunteers? Not all of our volunteers are computer savvy. Open to suggestions anyone may have.

We have all person(s) who answer phones trained on inputting appointments and checking them in. At this time we don't have our consultants doing this, but may in the future. |
