CARENET STATS

What is the source of the data for clients taking parenting classes? Our parenting course is one-on-one using video and handbook and not group classes. However, even when I set up a parenting class in CentrePiece, enrolled a known client, and ticked attended, there were still no clients showing in the CareNet report.
As a general observation, I have been having some difficulty in relating the results tabulated in the report with data input into CentrePiece. Is there some info available that shows where the data summarized in the report comes from in CentrePiece?

Hi Wayne,
The CareNet report pulls from the statistics database. The statistics database is updated each morning around 4am (CST). Changes you make today will not be reflected in the report until the next morning.
We are also developing a user guide for both the CareNet and Focus Option Ultrasound reports. Both guides identify where we are pulling the numbers in each area (due to the nature of some of the questions in both reports, the queries can be quite complex.) We are hoping to have both guides available within the next month or so.

| I am guessing that neither of these guides have come out yet...when they do will they be listed with the rest of the pdf files? |

Hi Malia,
Yep, the Option Ultrasound User Guide will be available the first week of July. It will be a PDF like the others and we will post an announcement once it is ready.
