03-22-04 Update

Below is a list of enhancements included in this update. The update was released last night (3/21).
Client Form Changes
-Initial Visit form (data entry and office). Question #1 'Is it OK for us to contact you' has been moved to the Contact form under the 'General tab'. The question is displayed next to the phone & email section.
-Contact Information form (data entry and office). An 'Abortion Vulnerable' flag has been added to the client file under the 'General' tab.
-Pregnancy Test form (data entry only). A calculator has been added to compute the first day of last period (fdolp) using the due date. More info: The fdolp is a required field in the Pregnancy test form. In some cases, this date is not available. However, in most cases, the due date is available. When this is the case, use the due date to calculate the fdolp.
Based on the above changes, it is recommended you print new copies of the following Office forms:
-Initial Visit
-Contact
Appointment Form
- added the ability to sync the resource date with the appointment date by clicking the 'Refresh' button.
Statistics
-A new report criteria format has been added to the statistics report. This should make it easier to select criteria and run the report.
-City Demographic. The city demographic has been updated to display totals by zip code. Previously, the statistics provided totals by city only. The City demographic has also been renamed to zip code.
List Management
-A new pregnancy test list has been added. Among other things, this list allows you to filter by positive tests for abortion vulnerable clients by date etc...
-All list filters have been updated to include the abortion vulnerable flag.
Bug Fixes
-Contact Office Form & File Summary Report. Both reports did not include the gender (male/female) check boxes when sending to printer friendly format. The problem has has been fixed in this update.
-Office tab/Announcements. The announcements were not displayed for user id's that are not a member of the "Director" role. The problem has been fixed in this update. Now all users can view the announcements. |
