Hello,
We are having a problem entering a client's church on the "contact form" and making it save. When I enter it and hit "save and close", it just disappears. Any ideas?

clicking "Save and Close" saves the record and returns you to the search screen. To find the church, you need to search by organization (versus "LastName/FirstName". select "Organization" from the listbox in the search screen and enter 1 or more letters. The Church should appear in the list.

Hi Sarah,
Just adding a bit to what Brian said.....
If you are in a client's file on the "general" tab you can use our shortcut box next to the "church" field to add in a church name. When you click on the shortcut box you will get a pop-up window. On this window you will type in the name of the church in the "Organization" field and then click on the "Save and Close" button at the bottom of the page. Once you click this button, the pop-up window SHOULD disappear, and you should then be looking once again at the "general" tab of the client's file. Now, in the church field, you will type in the first 1 or 2 letters of the church name that you just added into the database, and it will appear just below the "church" field.
