Hi, everyone! Still loving this program! Can't say enough good things! I was wondering if you can offer some good advice for a regular QA routine for Clients. I have two or three volunteers who have been trained to enter client information, (which was a GREAT suggestion from Carly, thank you!). But errors happen (usually mine), and it is always a good idea to double check. SO! Are there some simple steps to take that will make it easier than just going through a client visit report. What do you suggest?

Hi Alison!
I'm so glad to hear your positive feedback! Thanks for the encouraging words. :o)
Because you can drill-down on any statistic in CenterPiece, it is very easy to make corrections if mistakes are made during the data-entry process. Here are some ideas that will help you keep watch for data-entry errors:
1. Come up with a list of specific statistics that are important to you and your center, that you would like to evaluate on a monthly basis. Some of these might include pregnancy test stats, client case stats, appt. stats, spiritual stats, visit stats, demographic stats, etc.
2. Make it a point to run these stats on a monthly basis. When you do run each of these stats, be on the look-out for any "unknown" stats. This is an indicator that data is missing in the system, and most often it is because of a data entry mistake. Drill-down on the "unknown" stats to see which client files are included in this number. From here you can make the needed corrections so that your stats will be accurate.
If you will make it a point to evaluate your "unknowns" on at least a monthly basis it will be much easier to keep up with mistakes.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you need any more help with this. :o)
