Inventory Report
Posted: 24 Apr 2006 02:16 PM
We are needing some help. Our year-end is 3-31 and we need totals of items given to our clients.
1. We currently go to Closets/Boutiques on the individual client file and entering the item name and item amount for each of our clients.... what they take out of the Center's inventory.
2. We need the Total of all these items from the Dates of 4-1-05 to 3-31-06
3. There appears to be no tailor-made report for this annual total.
4. PURPOSE: To document and confirm the inventory our accountant enters on our 990 for the end of year 3-31-06.
5. If any of our above input is incorrect, your advisement will be appreciated.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Melva,

Have you taken a look at the Closet/Boutiques statistics?

Hello Melva,

I'm sorry I missed your call yesterday. I was out of the office all day.

As Brian mentioned, the Closets/Boutiques statistic will give you this information that you are looking for. However, the eKYROS calendar year is from Jan 1 - Dec. 31. To create a customized stat with the calendar dates that you are wanting, you can run the same Closet/Boutiques stat separately for both 2005 and 2006. You can then export these to Word and create one statistical document to give to your accountant.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks!

Sarah

in addition, you can also export the stats to Excel and have Excel sum the columns you are interested in. hope that helps.
