appointment app. question

On the resource page (while making an appointment) when you click another date on the calandar (small at top of page) and hit refresh the date doesn't change. If this link worked we could switch dates easily which scheduling the appointment on the phone, instead of returning to the main appointment page each time. Also, how do walk-ins affect the total appointments scheduled statistic, and if they are checked in (changed to show status) how does this affected appointments showed at the end of the month. If these questions are confusing please feel free to call or e-mail me.

Hi Kelly,

See my responses below:

Appointment Date

Try this. Under the resource tab, on the free/busy control, on each side of the date heading, click the right arrow or left arrow button(s) to scroll the resource date(s). The control is designed so you can quickly view free/busy dates without changing the date of the appointment. Then, if you select resource items on a different date than the appointment, you will need to consciously change the date of the appointment.

Either way, you should not have to return to the main appointment page.

Statistics

The stats will always show the total number of appointments. then if you view by walk-in's, it just breaks out the number of total appointments by walk-in type (scheduled or walk-in). This also applies to appointment type.

hope that helps.
