How do we attach a thank you letter when running the pledge reminders? |

Hi Waterbury,
The Pledge Reminder Report is compiled in a list format that is compatible with Mail Merge (found in Microsoft Word). So, what you will do if you are wanting to send a thank you note and also incorporate pledge reminder information, is to first create your letter in Word. After you have written the letter you can then insert specific fields from our Pledge Reminder Report into each letter by using Mail Merge.
