error message

I got the error message that says "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'tblClosetNeeds' with unique index 'IX_tblClosetNeeds.' The statement has been terminated."
What does this mean??

Hi threesa,
Will you please provide the exact steps required to reproduce the error message. It appears you are trying to add an item to closets/boutiques form under the "Needs" section that already exists. However, i can't seem to reproduce it. |
