I am entering an old client file. The client came in today for a pregnancy test and the staff member put her in as a new client and assigned today's visit as case #1. She visited our center last year and it should be filed as case #1 and today as case #2. How do I change the case number on today's visit to case #2? |

You can move the visit form to case #2.
here's how:
1) open the client file and click on the Cases tab.
2) Case 1 should appear by default.
3) Click on the Visit date under the "Visits" tab on the right of the case form.
4) the visit form opens.
5) select case #2 in the Case Number list box.
6) click save and close.
7) the dialog closes and the case page is refreshed
8) the visit should no longer appear in the list for case 1.
9) select case #2 in the drop down list.
10) Case 2 opens.
11) The visit should now appear under case 2.
