printing donor receipts

| This is my first attempt at printing donor receipts. The receipt form does not fit on 8 12/ x 11" paper. Can you tell me what to do? |

Hello,
The "Batch Receipt" is already formatted for a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. When printing the batch receipt, you might opt to use the "Export To" option to send the receipts to Word or a web page. There will automatically be a page break between each donor receipt.

Hi waterbury,
Also, if you are printing from Internet Explorer (using the webpage option), be sure IE's margins are set to .25in for top and bottom and .5in for left and right.
Here's how:
1) Open internet explorer
2) Go to File/Page Setup
3) Set the margins under the "Margins" section.

Hi Brian,
This works when I export to a web page, choose open, and then file print from Internet explorer. For Microsoft Word, however, when I choose export to Word, then click open, the file is all in html and will print out the html instead of how the html is viewed in a webpage. |

| What version of MS Word are you using? You need Word 2000 or later. |
