Problem with Free/busy schedule Posted: 15 Mar 2006 04:07 PM |
I believe I keyed in all information for a new appointment correctly. I than went to "resource" and selected the correct time slot for the appointment, (which is 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.) I clicked on that time and "applied" the appointment on the schedule so it would show that time slot as "busy" (and highlight it brown). I clicked save and close and then went back to the "Day View" schedule. The appointment appears correctly on that page. But when I go to the Day schedule that shows the whole page with the clients' names in blocks next to their time schedule, the client I put in keeps showing scheduled from 1:30 to 4:00 instead of 1:30 - 2:30. What am I doing wrong and why does it show the client schedule for the right time on the DayView page, the right time on the Free/busy schedule, but wrong on the day schedule? |

Hi Chris,
It sounds like you created an appointment from 1:30 to 4:00 and selected a resource from 1:30 to 2:30. You may try adjusting the end time of the appointment by setting it to 2:30. |

We created the appointment from 1:30 - 2:30 and selected a resource from 1:30 - 2:30. But it shows up on the Day schedule as 1:30 - 4 for some reason. When you place your mouse over it it say appointment 1:30 - 2:30. |

hmmm...when you say "Day schedule", do you mean you are viewing the appointments under the "Day" tab of the appointment book? if so, does this only happen under the "Day" tab? what time is displayed for the appointment under the week tab?
also, when viewing under the "Day" tab, is the "DayView: display list" check box checked? if it is not, and you check it, does the time for the appointment display correctly? |
