Focus Report Posted: 07 Mar 2006 04:38 PM |
How do I know where the stats for the Focus Monthly Report is being pulled from. For instance question # 6. What is the primary purpose of each visit? We do have a copy of the guide for completing the monthly report. Is their a guide for where the stats are pulling each section from?
Thank you so much for your help! God Bless |

Hi Carla,
We are currently working on a document like this that will outline where each stat is pulled from on the Option Ultrasound report. We will post an announcement when this is available.
To answer your question regarding question #6....this stat is pulled from the Case Visit Form. This is the form that is used to set up the "date of visit," the "type of visit" (either new or return), and then asks "What is the primary reason for this visit?" The stat for #6 is pulled directly from this last question.
If you have any more questions regarding where another specific stat is pulled from, please let me know.
In Him,

I'm sorry Sarah, I need to explain myself a little more. Our stats for our February Ultrasounds are correct. We had 14 u/s and that is what our stats indicate. But when we look at the Focus Report it says we had 6 scheduled u/s appointments. Is this pulling from the appointment book? I appreciate your help.

Hi Carla,
The Focus report does not pull sonogram information from the appointment book. Here's what possibly could be happening. On the sonogram form that is filled out in the client file, if you leave the "Sonogram Due Date" field blank, it counts the sonogram as inconclusive. It is our understanding that the Focus report needs only to include conclusive sonograms, so the number on your Focus report will only include sonograms that have the "Sonogram Due Date" field filled in.
What you can do to see if this is the cause of your problem is to run the sonogram statistic, and choose the measure of "Sonogram Result." This stat will tell you if you had any inconclusive sonograms for the month, and if there are some you can drilldown on the number to determine which people make up that number.
Thanks Carla. Let me know if you need any additional help with this. :)
