We are getting ready to enter donations and pledges made from our banquet. What is the best way to enter this - under the event management or under the individuals? |

Hi Cathy,
If you have already set-up your event groups & sponsors (a.k.a. your table hosts & the people sitting at each table), then it would probably be much faster to enter the banquet pledges and donations through event management. One major benefit to setting up your groups/sponsors is that you will be able to track this information, like which tables raised the most money.
However, if you have not set up your groups and sponsors and do not wish to do so, you can go to each individual person's donor file and enter the donations and pledges there. Either way will work.
