Without reinventing the wheel, how do I remove page breaks when I export the batch receipts to MS Word? I like to run 2 receipts per page. Thanks!

Currently there is no way to remove page breaks between receipts. Can you help me understand why you want to put 2 receipts on a page? Thanks.

I like to put 2 receipts per page so as not to waste paper. I receipt donors once a month and include the receipt with a Donor/Thank You letter. It seems that last month I did something and was able to get 2 receipts per page. But for the life of me, I can't remember how I did it. I know I did not remove the code one at a time.

the report is already designed to save you paper:

based on your monthly filter (start/end date) if a donor gave 2 donations in a month. when you run the receipts report for the month, both donations are automatically included for that month on the same page. In other words, all donations by a donor are always included on the same page. putting 2 receipts on the same page would mean putting receipts from 2 separate donors on the same page including name, address etc.

To test this, on the batch receipts report, under report options increase the date range up to 4 or 5 months (e.g. 9/1/2005 to 1/31/2006) and run the report, you should see multiple donations for a donor on the same page if they give on a monthly basis.

Thanks Brian, and yes, I wanted to put receipts from 2 separate donors on a page...as I know the receipt itself tallies up the totals per donor each month. Just looking to be thrifty and a little "green"!
