Ultrasound Monthly Report

I ran my first Monthly Ultrasound report and in #6 What is the primary purpose of each visit? out of 299 visits we had 285 unknown. What are we entering wrong?
Also, in # 13. and #22 through #25 I have "Label" showing in all the total boxes. What does that mean? |

Hi Sue,
We are still working out a few bugs on the Option Ultrasound Report, and should have these fixed in the next few days. I am so sorry for this inconvenience.
"What is the primary purpose for this visit" is a brand new question that we introduced with this week's enhancement. So, files that were entered prior to this enhancement will not have any data filled in for this question.
