unable to access centerpiece test site for new release

Hello Sarah and Paul
I was working with our computer person and he found that since my computer has the "Norton Antivirus and Security system" I am blocked from accessing an https site, he mentioned a "socket certificate" and he walked me through a google website that gives direct information from "Symantic" on trouble shooting, ...but we still are not able to access the CPtest site,
Any Suggestions?

Hi Chris,

You need to open port 443 in Norton. CenterTest uses a 128 bit SSL certificate which is exactly the same as the one used on eKYROS (to access CenterPiece). If you can access CenterPiece, you should be able to access CenterTest.
