Pledges

| This being the new year, we are entering new pledges. I set one up, put in a check received, it did not go over to the pledged amount in the "grey box"..What did I do wrong? Thanks! |

Hi Jane,
When you were entering the donation form for the check that was received towards the pledge, did you click on "select a pledge" and then actually select the pledge that you are wanting to credit? You can check this by opening up the donation form that you have already entered, and in the "Payment on Pledge" section at the bottom of that form you should see the pledge information listed there.
