class resources

Happy New Year!!
We are moving from a one-on-one format to a class format for some of our parenting classes. So when I set up a class, is it going to show on the resource free/busy section, so that someone won't schedule an appointment in the same room as a class? If not, is there a way I can set up my resources to show that there is a class going on weekly in that room?

I'm sorry alisons,
The class roster does not integrate with the appointment book. we'll look at enhancing this sometime in the future. today you are going to have to handle this procedurally. |
