Would it be possible to have adoption and deceased put into the first block of pg history form?
Do you have a suggestion in how to record these pg histories?

Hi Cgarman,
Adoption is currently tracked by selecting "birth" and then you are given the option to select "parent" or "adoption" while entering the birth information.
