Pledges

Brian,
We are working on putting our Banquet pledges into the database and I have come across a slight issue. We have people that make pledges due to be paid in 90 days but if you click on "annual" in the payment catergory it wont let you put in a end date any sooner than one year from the start date. Do you understand what I mean? Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks!

have you tried selecting quarterly? 1 quarter = 3 months ...roughly 90 days.
You can also calculate the end date by clicking the "Calculate" button next to the End Date field and enter in 1 for the # of quarterly periods. this will computer an end date for 1 quarter based on the start date you entered.
