Christian Status

Brian -
We just had the greatest thing happen...a girl rededicated her life to Christ during a pregnancy retest!! She spoke with our RN counselor who did her test, and rededicated her life. During the initial visit, she was listed as "not a believer" by our volunteer.
In this situation, I know that what can be done is that you can change information on their initial visit form to show this update. But, there are now two different volunteers involved and two different Christian status assessments.
I was wondering if this would come up some day. The Initial Visit form is really just for that first visit...what was said, what was determined, etc. I don't really like changing that informaiton. Is that crazy...is this not a big deal?
I didn't know if it would be something to look into a seperate form for Christian Status. The Referral Form that you have is brief. I was wondering if it could be something like this. I am sure that we have had other girls that have not accepted Christ that first time, but may have during a Bible study or after another pregnancy test down the road. The only way the statistics pick it up, though, is if the Initial Visit form is changed.

we have run into this same problem. It seems that the bottom section of this form should e on another form maybe.
Such as I to be able to record all of this imformation and the counselors involved instead of having to write a lot of notes.

if we move spiritual status off the Initial Visit form, where would you like to track it? i'd like to get your thoughts on this..

Maybe the Initial assessment can still remain on the hard copy initial visit form. I was wondering if you could add an electronic form for "Christian Status." What incredible statistics to track the spiritual growth over the weeks,months...or years...
Maybe an additional hard copy form for Christian Status could look similar to the Pregnancy History form.

Hi Sallie and lihtbeam,
We have decided to move "Christian Status" to its own section. You will be able to keep a running history of your clients' changes in status and their current status. We are still working on the implementation, but this will be included in the next release.
