donor activity

| I am working on my donor files, trying to cut down my newletter list. So I started weeding out inactive donors by going through and un-checking the "active" box on those who are not active donors. But when I try to look at a report of "all" donors, it will not report the inactive donors, even though I have not asked it to filter that out. HELP!! |

Can you tell me specifically what report you are referring to? ie. the report name, and is it under reports? or statistics? Thanks! |

| Sorry. The report is under "Reports", and the one I am looking at is "Donor Files" . When I leave everything at "all" including activity, the report still doesn't show any of the files that I recently marked as inactive. |
