The current access levels for volunteer staff allow for only Client Management and Donor Management. We would like our reception team to have access only to the appointment book and resource allocation and not to sensitive areas such as client files and donor files. Is this available now (and we just can't find it) or can it be added to some future release?

Hi Wayne,
We currently divide security boundries between the top level menus (i.e. "client management", "donor management" etc...). this is defined on each user account through roles. We will look into adding more granular security for the appointment scheduling in a future release. Thanks for the feedback. |
