1.CARENET STATS

What is the source of the data for clients taking parenting classes? Our parenting course is one-on-one using video and handbook and not group classes. However, even when I set up a parenting class in CentrePiece, enrolled a known client, and ticked attended, there were still no clients showing in the CareNet report.

As a general observation, I have been having some difficulty in relating the results tabulated in the report with data input into CentrePiece. Is there some info ...
2.Office function - restrictions for reception staff

The current access levels for volunteer staff allow for only Client Management and Donor Management. We would like our reception team to have access only to the appointment book and resource allocation and not to sensitive areas such as client files and donor files. Is this available now (and we just can't find it) or can it be added to some future release?

3.Staff Management - improved functionality

Would it be possible to add more functions to the staff management module? At present it only allows access to individual files and mailing lists. The individual files really only include contact info. We would like to use this module to track training and also to track receipt of reference letters and other credential-related data such as Police Reports. As well it would be useful to track volunteer hours donated.
