Is there any way to combine the scheduler and the resource? We'd like to be able to see both on one page. And we can no longer open a client file from either of these pages? From what we see, we have to go out of the scheduler/resource page to get back into the client file? |

This will bring up their appointment, but I'm looking for an easy way to get into her file to "add new" without going through all the steps to get out of scheduler and go back into client management and then go into the file and put in their name. It seems like there are so many steps and it could be easier? |

Any chance we could get the eKyros people (that appear in blue at the bottom of the forum screen) to add their IM addresses to their file pages? Then we could IM each other with questions as well. :) |

We had an accidental case 2 added before case one was completed. How do we delete a case? Is there no longer a delete button for a case? |

Since we use the "keywords" option for our client file numbers & a quick due date reference (because we already had file numbers in progress before we started using eKyros) it would be nice to also have that on the main file page for the client, instead of having to use the edit button each time. Any chance? Thanks! |
| 8. | XP 2003 Computer and new format....

We have one XP 2003 computer which is used by our office manager. It is not bringing up the pop up the appointment form, on the resource page, when the grey or colored squares are clicked. All of our other computers are bringing it up. We have tried going out of Ekyros and logging in again. Have you had others with this problem? |
