We need to be able to block days or portions of days for individual staff members. For example Sandra is available from 9-5 daily but we want to block a lunch break that we can see so no clients are booked in that time frame. We also want to use this feature to block times for meetings/out of office/vacations/charting time. We need to be able to see this data onthe main appointment schedule so whomever is booking knows imediatately that time is not available. We tried creating a client file ... |

We have been notified by the Canada Revenue Agency that we may be required to validate a reciept issued to a donor. They will provide us with the reciept ID# and we will be required to confirm the identify the donor as well as the donation total. I have lookked for a way to search within Ekyros by donation ID# but I cannot find the way to do this. Can you help?

We would also like to see a "bi-monthly" option in the pledge payment schedule options. Is this going to happen soon? We have a number of donors who have pledged to donate every two months so this would be very helpful.

Is there any way for the selected designations for a donation to show on the donor's reciept? |

Thanks I was already doing what you suggested, just thought it may ahve been easier than doing double recording. Maybe something to keep in mind for future updates.
