Sarah,
It would be helpful, since a lot of grant requests ask specifically for families served or something of that sort for your yearly stats, not just number of appointments held.

6.Re: Lapsed Client Files

We would use this report to help purge non-active clients from our "working" file drawer. The drawers are overflowing and we know there are client files in there who have not been seen in the past year. We could move the "old" files to the storage cabinet and free up space.

8.Purging donor files
Posted by rosecondra on 5/27/2008 9:10:11 AM
Good Morning My EKyros Friends,
Hope you all had a great long weekend. I am looking for a way to purge (or at least tag as inactive) all donors who haven't given in the past 2 years. We mail out a newsletter which has grown to over 2000 and I know there are folks on there who haven't supported the Center in this time frame. I read through past posts, and there was some discussion last year, but I never saw a resolution.

Margie,
Thanks for your response. I understand that portion of the process, but my dilemma is finding those inactive donors to be able to tag them. As in, how do I get a report to show me folks who have not donated in 2 years so I can tag them (apart from manually going through all files). Thanks for any help you can offer.

11.donations by location
Posted by rosecondra on 10/31/2007 3:01:26 PM
Greetings My Ekyros Friends.
We have just started our second location and as the new director and I were trying to print receipts from their donors, we realized it doesn't sort them that way. It does give that option for donor files, but then there is no donation listed on that report.
Please tell me I'm just missing it because this is very important as each of our centers will have specific supporters and we'll need to call up these reports frequently.

19.profession of faith
Posted by rosecondra on 3/30/2007 9:32:55 AM
When a person makes a profession of faith it adds it to the month of their initial visit, instead of the date the decision was actually made, I suppose because you must edit the initial visit form to add it. Is there a different way to do this, or could a feature be under "Add New . . . spiritual status" or something of that sort

We are attempting some scheduling so that all of our volunteers would have access to the information and can even set appts from home. Here is what we are attempting to do (none of which involve clients)
1 - have my appt book available to volunteers to view/edit - which would be mainly appt w/pastors or business leaders - and have the names show, not just that I'm available or not
2 - we are opening our newly renovated conference room to pastors and/or Bible study leaders to ...
