We currently have over 650 files without the spouses name in the Dear Name becuase we forgot to uncheck the Auto-update. The Auto-update should default to include the spouse name also. 2. | Printing Appointment Resources Posted by redeemed1 on 6/22/2007 11:11:15 AM We are trying to use the resources of the appointments more and we need to print out the appointments resources from time to time. When we print it out now, the key does not print at it's entirety. The titles of the key is present but not the color. Also, it would be more helpful for those of us that don't have perfect vision if the color blocks that designate the availability of resources showed up clearer and larger instead of thin lightly colored dashes.

What we would like to print out are the time slots "Appointment RESOURCES" that are available. This would help our volunteer receptionists that do not have access to ekyros to know what is available in order to schedule an appointment. We can print out the "Appointment Resources" however, the color coding is not printed (which shows what resources are available or not) and basically, it's just very small dashes that print out ... |

7. | Reports Posted by redeemed1 on 11/14/2006 12:39:14 PM It would be so very helpful if in stead of only being able to select 1 category to run a report, if you could select multiple categories. Or it would be nice to be able to ask it not to print a specific category or 2 but print everything else.
I realize that every Center's categories are different but when I want to send a mailing to only certain people (not everyone) sometimes I have to run 4 or 5 different lists, combine them and delete any duplicates.

When I export any statistical report it pulls it up in Word w/o me having to select the program each time. Maybe this narrows things down a bit for you and maybe it's not our computers (i'm hoping). When running various reports and statistics (except for client follow up), it exports to word or excel as it should. I then ran those same reports and clicked on 'save' instead of 'open' and they all had .XLS extensions.
When I ran the client follow up report and clicked 'save' instead of open, it had an .HTML extension. If I opened word or excel first then selected the saved .HTML file, I could read it and ... |

I thought it would automatically select the appropriate program when I selected Word or Excel prior to clicking the 'GO' button. Also, when it exports the report it also places the people icon in front of every name. I usually prefer to use Excel for reports because I can manipulate the columns and rows easier than in word however, those icons ... |

Since many classes are run by volunteers who we do not allow access to this system, it is not proving to be a useful tool for us to use. Can you allow us to print out rosters?
Also, when there are clients on a roster that are checked in, it doesn't seem to do anything in the system that would benefit the continued use of it. It would be great if once someone is ... |

Is there any way to print off the waiting list for classes? We have about 20 clients waiting for a particular class but I haven't figured out how to print that list and end up scrolling through the list and writing it on a piece of paper to hand to our volunteers setting up classes.
