1.creating authorization to release info for mobile intake

Hello,

We are working on utilizing the mobile intake option. One question I have is regarding our client consent for authorization to release information. On our current paper form, we have space for the client to list which medical facility and also which family members (and their relationship to her) she is giving us permission to release information to.
I do not see the option of a client being able to type in responses to these questions via mobile intake. Is that ...

I am trying to figure out how to edit our batch receipt letters so that the donor's mailing address can be lowered three more lines so that it properly lines up in our envelope window. Can you offer assistance?

Hello Ekyros team,

Each month I would run a client visit statistics report. Under demographics, I would choose "visit type" and "sex." I then take the info received there (among other Ekyros stat reports) and compile a monthly document I present to our director and board.

Last week when running the report to receive our August stats, I noticed a difference in the amounts from previous months. The numbers are now higher than before. I am ...

12.how to find out total number of donors

Hello,

We are interested in finding out how many donors we have had since we began using ekyros. What is the best way to go by finding that out? I am only interested in the number of donor files we have created, not how much or how often they have contributed.

Could you also explain how the file id number is populated?

Hello,
We are in the process of using "Get Online Gifts" function for the first time. I set up the online giving integration and have been able to download a few transactions. Yet, we have donations that processed through egiving.com on March 5th and they are still not showing up in Ekyros. What should I expect as far as a time table to when I should see those transactions show up in Ekyros?

Thank you for reminding me to change the download date. I thought that if I had been downloading every day since March 5th that they would show up. But I now know to I need to also change the start date. I now have all the donations in Ekyros.

Hello,
I would like to run a report on donors that have info in the "website" box. Awhile ago, a volunteer would add a second email address into the website box rather than add a semicolon and place it in the email box. I know this was done to several of our donor entries, so I want to rectify it. Yet, when I run a report, the website section does not come up as a column in Excel. How can I find out which of our donors have info in the website box?

What would be the most efficient way to edit donations that were recorded under individual donor files instead of under an event? I neglected to put the donations under the event tab and am hoping that there is an easier way to add them under that event instead of deleting each individual donation. Help! :)

The event was selected on the individual donations but the group captain was not. I just went back to try to choose a group captain so that the donation would be added under the group and the amount added to the total donation received, but it is not allowing me an option to choose a group captain. It is only showing an "unknown" option.

I should have included in my email that the event and group captains had already been created (baby bottle drive). I had just neglected to record the donations under the event tab by adding the sponsors that way. I have about 50 donations that were put in wrong and are not showing up under the event.
