1.Pictures in Email Receipts

Is there a way to insert pictures in emailed receipts? We often send a picture from an event or of a client benefitting from our program but have been unable to attach them to the emailed receipts unless I send a separate email from my mail account. If this isn't something we can do already I think it would be valuable to add.

I love the Online Giving Connector and how it makes it easier to manage our annual Walk for Life.

There are a few things that would be helpful when handling the donors:

1) A either a check box or default to hold mail would be good since not all Walk donors want to be on our mailing list.
2) We have two locations and therefore we actually put on 2 walks simultaneously. A dropdown box selecting which location they originate from would be nice.

3.Pledge Payment Terms

Is there a way to change the default payment terms in the Pledge form from 25 to 90 days?
4.Client Ethnicity

Would love to be able to check more than one ethnicity in the client file. Right now if a client is of mixed ethnicity we have to choose one of the ethnicities or other. With more and more mixed ethnicity people out there another way to select would be nice.

Not sure how it would look in statistics. Need to think about that aspect a little bit longer.

After thinking about it I think adding a 'Mixed' or 'Multi-ethnic' option would be a great way to address clients that check more than one box. I think 'other' implies that they are a minority ethnicity that is not listen. (Which they are.)

I would love to see the ability to change a clients appointment to another location without having to delete and re-enter. Sometimes the system doesn't change from one location to other smoothly and appointments will be entered in the wrong spot.

I think the changing has more to do with our internet network than anything else. Or also may be logged in on more than one computer because she sat at a different desk for a few minutes.

Probably having a drop down box with locations would work. The same way you can change a donor or client to a specific location you'd be able to change the appointment to the right location.

Our center doesn't utilize the resource section, but I don't think it would be a problem to re-enter those if we needed to. It's kind of a pain if we need to delete and re-enter appointments right now.
10.Ability to copy Donor/Staff files into another section

We usually put our volunteers in both our staff and donor section of Centerpiece. It would be great if there was a way to copy over the information from one section or the other instead of typing it all in twice.

I'm with the Pregnancy Resource Center in Rockwall & Mesquite, TX. I am always entering new volunteers in the Staff section, then having to go back and re-enter them in the Donor section.

I too would like to be able to have a place for phone numbers in the scheduler view. Pulling up the information through scheduler is nice, but it is more detailed than needed.

It would work nice to have a spot to put the phone number in the scheduler and/or be able to print the notes when we print the schedule.

It would be nice to be able to search clients by the notes from their visit. Sometimes we cannot remember a clients details other than what would've been put in the notes. For example, we have a client that was in a while back that had weight loss surgery, but cannot remember name or what month she visited.

I see it as maybe an additional search field that would search the notes in client files. I know that it would probably use a lot of bandwidth, so maybe be able to put a date range in for it as well.

What is the latest status on this development? This would be helpful to our center as well. We use MinistrySync for our banquet and our Walk for Life. It is very time consuming to input from one to the other.
