1.group captains

We are entering our pledges for our golf outing. First we entered all the group captains as we have in the past. When we enter a new pledge when select 2008 golf outing it is saying that there are no group captains listed. What are we doing wrong.

Why do not all of the donations for a donor show up when doing a batch report. The year end total is correct but the period to date is different.

We send year end reports to our donors. Is there anyway to generate a report for the total giving except to go to an excel file?
