2. | future thought of emailing clients or donors Posted by mac4jc on 7/2/2012 9:31:34 AM I just saw the new feature of signing a letter electronically and thought how great it would be to send emails right from ekyros as a follow up to clients and donors. I see you have added texts to the intake but can ekyros send a text to remind a client about an appointment?
Thoughts,
Thanks,

3. | Re: future thought of emailing clients or donors Posted by mac4jc on 7/2/2012 10:03:21 AM Yes, the thought is to use this as a feature to remind clients of upcoming appts. Right now we are looking to outside resources to be able to do this. Also texting for appts in the future ect. Reminders of appts takes alot of time so texting a reminder is so more efficient. It should give the client a way to email or text a response. Our clients like the idea because they can text most places that they cannot receive a call and talk. The hope is that we cut down our no show numbers and ... |
4. | Making appointment for clients from their client file screen. Posted by mac4jc on 7/2/2012 9:22:03 AM Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to make appointments for client from the client file. Example. I call a client for follow up and the client wants to come in for a parenting class or appointment for options counseling again. I am in the client file because I have to use that to get to her phone number and I have to write a correspondance that I has talked with her. Then I have to get out of her file and go to new appoints or resources in the scheduler to make an ... |

6. | Re: New OUP question Posted by mac4jc on 6/10/2009 1:19:35 PM Thanks for the info Tommy. I just met with Christi at the Heart beat conference and asked the same question. I actually posted the quested in 2007. My question was could we have more options for inconclusive because some times it is considered inconclusive when you have a pregnancy that is too early and LMP was unsure. Sometimes because a fetal demise is noted with no FHR or an empty sac (which has happened at least 3 times becasue the client took the Morn Aft. Pill. The feature would ... |
7. | Re: New OUP question Posted by mac4jc on 6/10/2009 1:34:27 PM So If I understand right then if we suspect an ectopic we will be able to pick that option but what if it is just a miscarriage or too early will that be options for us too. mac |
8. | Question about inconclusive U/S? Posted by mac4jc on 6/17/2008 9:32:05 AM Hi I have found we have had a run of inconclusive U/S mostly because of too early U/S and mistakes in LMP but we have had a group of Miscarriages and other things like three clients that took the morning after pill that were still pregnant but earlier than expected. I was wondering if there was a way of further defining our inconclusives between miscarriages and too early needing a rescan.
Thank you. |
9. | Re: Question about inconclusive U/S? Posted by mac4jc on 6/17/2008 1:05:29 PM I am thinking that it would be nice to have a sub cat. of reasons for inconclusives. So you can see statistically what is happening. Otherwise you have to look into each file to see why it is inconclusive and if they are just too early it is not recorded as a rescan anywhere. So you have inconclusives that were made conclusive 2 wks later but statistically you don't know that.
