I think it would be great to add that question. At our center we already have that on the form,just as a reminder to our PC's to talk about it. It would be great to be able to pull a stat on itit. Also, I see with alot of our clients that even though its presented they don't commit to abstinence. |

We pull a due date follow-up sheet at the end of every month for the clients that should be having a baby in that month. Would it be possible to add the option to the ultrasound sheet to update the due date according to the date given at the us? We are finding that alot of the girls due dates are not accurate and when we call them its been a month since they had the baby. I think it could look something like the box we check to update their preg intentions, since we already input their due ... |

Hello,
I am trying to do a report that has the number fathers who plan to support the client during her pregnancy. It is the question on the pregnancy test for that ask "If this test is positive will he be involved?" Is there a way to pull this in a report form or statistic form?

This year I am encouraging the volunteers to follow-up with their past clients. I know I can pull up a list of positive pregnancy test for the past year but what I was wantingto do is pull up a list of clients for each volunteer, regardless of their visit. Is there a way I can do this? Thanks! |

I am trying to do a statistics report for our first month with ekyros. We switched from Caretrac and it’s hard to get what they had on the ekyros reports. I really like the center productivity report and the lay out. Is there a way you could add more options that we could choose to run? This is what we had in our report with Caretrack:
Reason for Visit
Age
Race
Test results (pos or neg)
Initial Intension
Clients Decision
