Is there a way to create files that have limited access due to the sensitive nature of Post Abortive Recovery clients and their cases? |

Presently, all client information can be accessed by anyone in our office who signs into eKyros. Every staff or volunteer member who enrolls in the PAR class must have an additional client file opened in order for us to accurately report class enrollment and attendance. Even if individuals don't look through clients' case activities, client names appear on the roster for PAR group classes and in the list of clients. I have been reading through the different responses to deleting duplicate staff names on
the drop down lists, and I was wondering if there will be a problem with deleting a staff person who had an administrative role and did not see clients.
