Sarah,

I want to close files for many of the same reasons Chris mentioned - however- I do not want to delet the files. I have been checking hold mailings, unclicked "active" on the General form and then wrote a note. The problem is that they are still coming up on my mailing lists.

In short, I want to keep the files, yet take their names off the active mailing lists

I understand how to run the report but how do you do the mail merge to make the mailing labels? Also on the "client contact information" form, there is a section at the bottom labeled Properties Salutation ___________. Are we to put the moms name in here or is it
Mrs Miss Mr etc?

In our center we take digital pictures of all our items and print them out from our computer/printer.
The pictures go into a notebook that we call our "Inventory Book"
The book is divided by catagories EX: Cribs, Strollers etc
On each sheet we write information about the items EX: if it needs a part, if it is in a
set then we list everything in the set, the location of the item etc.
Then when ...
