1.Ideas for tracking contacts?

I'd like to keep track of people we meet in our community, but at this point they're not a volunteer or a donor. We hope to make them both somedaySmiley but right now I'm not sure which area to put them in.

Any suggestions?
2.Dual entry to eKyros and Accounting System?

I'm looking for some feedback from the group on how they handle donations. Historically we've used Quickbooks to handle our accounting. We input donations and setup pledges as invoices.

Now that we're using eKyros, I'd love to also have that information online associated with donors and events/campaigns, but it seems like a lot of work to enter that information twice. On average we get 50 donations a month (excluding banquet, walks, etc).

3.Old Phone Number on Donor Receipt

The phone number for our center was wrong so I changed it on Account Management. However, the phone number of the Batch Receipt Report still has the old phone number. I logged out and tried it again, but still the old number. Is there a way to change that?

5.How do I create a relationship between pastor and Church?

I created an Organization record for a church and a separate record for the Pastor, Associate Pastor, etc. I was hoping I could assign a Relationship of 'Pastor' under the Church's entry (and the other way too). But in the list of relationship types, I only see family relations.

Is there a way to add the Pastor relation? Am I going about this all wrong?
