Hello,
We recently came across a duplicate name in our data base. I would like to suggest that a future update would include showing the clients middle initial on the file portion of the client database. This would help us to know which client we are pulling up the information for and not getting the two confused.

Another suggestions - have the clients phone number appear on the print out of appointments for the day report. This will make it easier to pull the report to make reminder calls for appointments. |

I would like to suggest an idea for ease of data entry. Occasionally a client will have data entry put in as a new client when in fact they have been there before and are already in our system. As you know, once information is input you cannot delete the file without going in and deleting each bit of information.
I would suggest you create a way to merge the two files into one. We try not to have the double entries but sometimes mistakes happen.

Hello Prayer Warriors,
I have a special prayer request today. Yesterday afternoon I had a client with a heavy heart. She is a Christian and she has been told by the doctors that her health will not survive another birth (4th pregnancy). The last pregnancy was very difficult for her health and caused serious harm to her heart.
The doctor told her to get an abortion or die during pregnancy.

I just wanted to say thank you for your prayers and for the verse. Scriptures always draws you back to focus on Him and not our short comings.
I have not heard back from this client and she is not answering her phone. I have tried several times to contact her.
Please as God brings her to mind, lift her up in prayer.

I would like to suggest that you add a way to "edit" a pregnancy history. We have the client fill out the intake form on their own and sometimes they do not list specific details concerning births, miscarriages, and/or abortions. But after we have met with a client a couple of times, sometimes we do gain that information and we can only go in and delete the pregnancy history and then re-enter it. (At least that is all that I see I can do)

We have begun to print off the notes for each client before a visit so that our volunteer can be up-to-date on what has been discussed with the client in the past.
When we first started they seemed to print fine, but now the right side of the paper is not printed the last few letters of each line. We print using the file summary report.
Can you tell me if I have changed something inadvertently or if there is someway to adjust the file.

We are just hitting the print button. I have not tried exporting the data. It has worked in the past but recently it started dropping off the sides. It also drops off of the print form of upcoming appts. I thought you might have an idea as to what might be happening, but I can also check with our computer person and ask him if he knows what might be happening.

Is there anyway to receive a daily digest of posts for each day. I would like to scan through them, but usually forget or do not have time to go through the forum for each day.
It would be nice to be able to choose to watch certain or all topics and receive one email per day to review.

Is it possible to receive a daily or weekly email that has all posts that were made during the past day or week.
I do not have time always to read through the current system and it is hard to find what I need at times.
I like how PCCTalk has it set where you can receive a daily email that has all postings from the prior day. I can scan down through the topics and see if I think any would pertain to me then read further if it does.

On the Case form, there is a place to list if the client made a committment to abstinence. It would be nice to have a "not applicable" choice for those clients that we have that are married. |

I noticed that when you add a church to the list, it goes on the staff tab under volunteers. Is this where it will always be posted. Or am I doing something wrong. Also, what if the church is a donor also. Will the church be listed under both donor & staff.

I was wondering if there is anyway to change the amount of time before the computer automatically logs you off of ekyros.
It seems like it is set for a very short time and we come and go to the screen a different times during the day.
