Hi Brian. Do you have a projected date? We have grown so much that we need three people to have access to our Quickbooks. That will cost us $1,399/year. QB Online will cost us $660 a year.
Our Quickbooks prices aren't your problem. I know that. But Quickbooks is really pushing everyone to QB Online, and it will be a problem for more and more centers. |

Hi. I could use your help in solving this problem. After our banquet, I would like to send each donor one letter, no matter how many ways they gave.
We have very generous donors. It is not unusual for a guest at one of our banquets to be an underwriter, give a one-time gift, and also start giving monthly.

Batch receipts doesn't really work because there is nothing on that statement that would differentiate between an underwriter payment and a one-time gift the night of the banquet. It also doesn't show pledges.

We are processing our WALK donations. This morning we had a really strange incident. One of our users signed in with the same UserID and Password she used yesterday to process donations and pledges. When she opened the donor module she saw that the name of our WALK was the name we were using up until last week. (We renamed it from WALK 2023 to 111 WALK 2023 to put it at the top of the list.) It showed up as WALK 2023. And the money raised was significantly lower than what we have processed so ... |

Hi Ashleigh. We will have five people processing our WALK starting next week. I would like each of them to be able to print out a report of the pledges they entered in a batch to compare it with the pledge forms they've processed. Just as a double-check. I don't see a way to print a pledge report specific to a particular walker either.
Am I missing something?
Print screen would work if necessary if they can get it all on one screen.

One of our staff recently discovered that she has two staff files in the Staff module. Most of her clients were assigned to one of the files. About 15 were assigned to the other. Is there a way to merge the two files? Thanks for your help!

We are using FundEasy's Attendance software for the first time this year. I'm trying to see how much info is downloaded into our ekyros account.
FundEasy says: "In Attendance, the Connector will import your Attendance registrations. Record any donations that were received at your event in your eKYROS records after importing the registrations."
My main question is: will the table host be downloaded as a Group or will we need to go in and ... |

Hi! I'm wondering if there was an update on this question. I would like to produce a report that shows the top churches, by walker (group captain). When I run the Top Churches report it shows pledge and donation amounts. I don't want the pledge included if it has already been paid. On the Sponsors Report I can see the breakdown of pledges obtained and non-pledge donations made. That would be the number I need. Is it possible to get that for churches? |

When I try to switch from New to Posted and search for a donor I get an error message when I press Refresh.
The message is:
Clear the posted record? Warning! The posted flag on the gift will be cleared and the associated donation will be deleted from the donor file.
I'm not sure why this is happening. Sometimes it doesn't happen. Can you explain it to me? I really need to use this feature. |

I had a donor who was giving monthly through Stewardship Technology. She forgot and started sending checks also. Her last electronic gift was on March 10. I realized she had exceeded her pledge with that gift so I called her and asked her if she would like a refund and she said yes. I refunded her through Stewardship Technology on 4/1/20. It shows as a refund on the Stewardship website. But it didn't come down as a refund through the online ... |

We are running Office 365 on a remote server. I think my challenge is with the API User/Key and the API Secret. When I looked at your instructions on how to set it up it says that the API User/Key is your email and the API Secret is the password. Is that my outlook email and password? Please ask them if we need to create the API for SMTP Email in the awpc.cc Azure Active Directory. We tried this and it failed so any assistance they can give us on how their software will work will be helpful. |

Thanks for your response! For your consideration: It would be nice to also have the first and last name on the organization label. In larger businesses there is the chance that something addressed generically to the company will not go to the proper individual, or anyone at all because it might be seen as junk mail. We do what we can to make our envelopes stand out, but that doesn’t mean it will to the person sorting the mail.

But I don’t think that’s an option when doing batch receipts. Maybe I’m missing something.
To run my 2019 statements I use batch receipts, the sum of tax deductible amount, , choose report and then letter. I don’t have the option to choose which fields it uses for address at that point. But that’s the only way I can figure out how to have it show each transaction.
If I choose view as letter I can’t figure out how I can get it to show each transaction. Is ... |
