Hi Brian,
I was still curious if we could get a Closet/Boutique report added. I have several churches that continually ask me how many of each item do we go through in a month. I have no way to give them an accurate number. If Centerpeice could produce a report saying what items go out of our boutique, that would be fantastic.

Brian,
While I am mostly satisfied with the new update, I have found some things that I do not like. At our center, we have several different tracks of curriculum that we have our clients complete. We used to put what track they were on under the appointment type so that the volunteer would know what curriculum to use each time the client comes in for a repeat visit. Now, with the update, the type choices are "scheduled or walk in". It just does not work with our ... |

As long as the month report will differentiate the apointment type from walk-in from scheduled so we can see the breakdown of the appointments, it won't bother me if I can't see that on the appointment book. The main thing we need to see on the appointment book is the appointment category.

Is there a way to lock in the number of client appointment's that we can see per hour? (besides using the resource tab) We are a small center with very elderly computer illerate volunteers and we have to keep things simple when it comes to a computer. There seems to be a problem with overbooking. Can you include this feature in a future update? |

Brian,
We receive financial support from churches, however whenever I enter a new donor file, it requires first and last name. This is a problem, is there anything that can be added to support organizational gifts as opposed to individual gifts?
