Is there a way to have the appointment book available to reception/counselors so they can make appointments with out being able to access client cases?

It would be helpful to have a setting where a user only has access to the calendar and general information (eg. the file ) not the case information. We are a small community and sometimes there are conflicts of interest because people know each other. We also have reception volunteers who need access to the appointments but not specific client information.
