Is there a way to print a list of all of the donor emails? We enter the donor's email address in the demographics section, but I do not see how I can access the emails. I want to do a mass email or transfer the emails to our website.

I just started entering our Ultrasound information.
1.Is there a way to add a comment section?
2.We have had many clients having twins and we have no way of documenting two
gestations. Can this be added anywhere.
We have a material assistance program for our clients who have come in for a pregnancy test and then we have other mothers who have had their baby and want to join our program. In this case, the mother will come in just to register for ... |

I am trying to run a report with STD results/statistics for our clients. How do I retrieve that information? I will also need to do this with Ultrasound info as well. Thank you for your help on this.
