1. | Reporting on keywords Posted by christi on 6/14/2007 12:51:53 PM We use the keyword section of the general client file to note our office client number which is not the same as the ekyros auto number. Is it possible, when pulling up the Pregnancy Test Follow Up" report for example, to have it pull the keywords as well? At this point I am manually going into each file to get the keyword and adding it the excel spreadsheet I export the report into... is there an easier way??
Thanks for all your help! |
2. | Re: Reporting on keywords Posted by christi on 6/14/2007 1:59:12 PM Our paper files are filed in order of client number (the number stored in the keyword field). To aid our counselors in follow-up, I run the pregnancy test follow-up report for each month in order to pull those files. Because those paper files are in number order (not alpha by name or by the ekyros file number), I need to have the client number (keyword) to find the file. It would make things easier to have that keyword number print on the report so that I don't have to go into each ... |
3. | Re: Father of Baby involved? Posted by christi on 5/2/2008 9:28:24 AM Along the same lines, we are trying to track fathers who attend parenting classes because we have had a few ask for something signed to turn into Child Protective Services to show that they have attended classes. We know that we can create a file for the father and attach him to the client through the Relationships tab but then we have to create a Case on him to add him to the Class Roster. Is this the only way? We have a note the instructor signs to say that he has attended the classes but ... |
4. | Care-Net Report previous abortions Posted by christi on 2/27/2008 11:17:43 AM Where can I find the statistic on previous abortions? The number coming up in the Care-Net report doesn't look right so I'm trying to figure out where to look this up. Thank you. |
5. | Re: Gospel presentation report Posted by christi on 1/24/2008 8:48:40 AM I agree. Using the statistics, I was able to find the numbers and figure out where they come from for the spiritual stats. However, this presented a new problem. On the Focus report, these statistics seem to count any client who visited the center for any service who had on some occasion accepted Christ, rededicated or been presented the gospel. With this, the numbers are completely skewed. It doesn't count clients who did one of these things within the month of the report. Is there a ... |
6. | Re: Gospel presentation report Posted by christi on 1/24/2008 10:44:09 AM Sarah,
Thank you for trying to understand my confusion! Yes, it is #24. Let me see if an example will help...I'll use the received Christi stat. Client Julie came in for a pregnancy test in September 07 where she received Christ during her visit. In December, she came in for a clothing closet visit. In the statistic/report for December, Julie shows up as having received Christ in December but she had actually done that in September. Because she had a client visit ... |
7. | Re: Gospel presentation report Posted by christi on 1/24/2008 1:24:53 PM Great! That answers one question because we had been changing that date to the closed date. However, it brings up another question...if "Julie" profession of faith was during a later visit, like to the clothing closet, how would that be tracked and would it show up on the Focus report?
I have been training someone else to do these reports just this week and last so this is a great time to figure all this out! Thanks so much!

8. | Gospel presentation report Posted by christi on 7/9/2007 11:34:26 AM Is there a report that will provide stats on the gospel presentation, received Christ and rededicated to Christ fields? Thank you! |

When will the call center module be available for use? I'm very excited about it. Thanks!

10. | Appointment/Client Count Posted by christi on 7/16/2007 11:23:03 AM Do all appointments, or just those marked as show, count towards our total client count for program cost purposes? I would like to start using the Appointment Book but don't want no shows to push us into another cost category. Is that even a valid concern? Thanks for your help. |
11. | Due date follow ups Posted by christi on 6/4/2007 1:54:07 PM Hello! I'm fairly new to eKyros and have a "follow up" question. I'm trying to run reports for each counselor on the clients with due dates in each month so that they can follow up. It looks to me like this is best done with the Pregnancy Test Follow Up report. My question is how can I query out closed/inactive files while running this report? If files are closed because we are unable to contact the client or they have moved out of the area, an outcome is listed. Am I ... |
12. | Re: Due date follow ups Posted by christi on 6/5/2007 9:38:54 AM Great! That's easy enough. Now is there a way to run a report on all the closed files I entered yesterday so I can fix change that? Thanks for your help! |
13. | Re: Due date follow ups Posted by christi on 6/11/2007 10:38:58 AM Sarah - thanks so much for your help! You've told me exactly what I needed to know. I just hit another obstacle though. I set a pregnancy test outcome to unknown because we could not get a hold of her for quite sometime. Then she finally called back to say she had a baby girl. How can I change that outcome? |
14. | Re: Due date follow ups Posted by christi on 6/11/2007 11:03:04 AM That's what I figured but was afraid to try it for fear I would delete too much! Thank you again for your excellence and quick response!!! You are all very much appreciated!
