1.Donor Management

What is the best way to enter donors into ekyros who donate through United Way. Right now the donation is entered under the organization. Just today we have started entering the donors in ekyros just not assigning a donation amount because we don't want to receipt them, they get a receipt from United Way. However, we do want to acknowledge them and send thank you letters.

Margie,
I called and left a message re: the problem I was having with the Option Ultrasound Report. I did find out that the total on the report includes stats for #9 Student status/Trade School but their is not a category for it on the report. Is this something that will be added?

Our Option Ultrasound Report for #9 Student Status totals have not added up for two months in a row. They are off by 1. Would you be ever so gracious in helping us figure this out? Thank you for all you do.

We have two center locations. We can no longer view which center is entering the notes. It says location unknown. Are we doing something wrong?

Our Client advocates rotate between two locations. If the client comes in for a visit we can determine by looking under activity what location the client was seen at without actually opening each entry. When we need to document additional notes it would be helpful to see who entered them and from what center location. I hope this sheds some light on why I was asking. I appreciate the feedback as always.

When we enter our notes for a client it no longer says what center they were entered at. We have our Richland Center and Pasco Center. Rigt now when we enter notes it says unknown location. Thanks for your help.

Would it be possible to add Bible Study to the case visit under the question: What is the reason for this visit? Or if it is possible to add edit to this area so we can make the change.

Thank you for your timely response. The reason I'm asking is when a client comes to our center for material assistance, they earn points through Bible Study to spend in our boutique.
Right now when a client comes in for a Bible Study, case visit is counted as other. Just a little information to share with you so you can better understand our need for this. Thank you and I pray your day is a blessed one.

Would it be possible to add Group Classes to Staff Management? Our staff and volunteers have on going training and we would like to track this in their file like we do for client management. Thank you in advance.

13.Closets/Boutiques

When a client comes into our center for Bible study they receive points to use in our boutique. We currently keep a log with the # of points received and when they go to the boutique the # of points redeemed. Is there a way to add this to the software? This would be a huge blessing for us if you could make this happen.

Thank you for responding so quickly. My thought would be it might be best utilized on the already existing closets/boutiques form. You already have the items they receive and items needed on this form. If we could enter a starting point system and when they receive an item from the boutique list the points beside what they receive and it would automatically calculate the remaining points the client has to spend at the end of the form.

This message is in re: to how other centers are able to use the appointment book with volunteer staff. Has it been difficult to train the volunteers? Not all of our volunteers are computer savvy. Open to suggestions anyone may have.

How do I add a Church drop down list? We are entering our staff and volunteer info into CenterPiece and it will not save the Church information. Thank you
17.Assessment of Client's Pregnancy Intentions

On the Staff office use only Pregnancy Test Form, why do the options vary for Question #4
under Pregnancy test and Question #5 under the Sonogram. Seems like the options should be the same. Thank you for your help.
18.Focus Report

How do I know where the stats for the Focus Monthly Report is being pulled from. For instance question # 6. What is the primary purpose of each visit? We do have a copy of the guide for completing the monthly report. Is their a guide for where the stats are pulling each section from?

I'm sorry Sarah, I need to explain myself a little more. Our stats for our February Ultrasounds are correct. We had 14 u/s and that is what our stats indicate. But when we look at the Focus Report it says we had 6 scheduled u/s appointments. Is this pulling from the appointment book? I appreciate your help.

We are so excited about using eKYROS software. My question to you would be: I cannot locate a case tab when I pull up a client file. Please help!
