Hi Grasshopper, what form are you referring to? We didn't change any print functionality in the latest release.

Please provide example exactly how the question should be asked, and the responses.

Hi ccpcbanquet,

Can you help us understand what workflows you would like the iPhone app to support? Due to the small form factor, it is tough to get all of CenterPiece working on a phone. However, we are open to supporting certain scenarios that make sense. Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Angie!

Our goal is to continue to enhance CenterPiece so that viewing information works well on a iPhone. We do have plans to enhance the view of client, donor and staff files. This is an ongoing work in progress. Just keep in mind, due to small form factor, iPhone will never give you a great *data entry* experience that you get today when using tablet, laptop of desktop. It's just a trade-off. Hope that makes sense.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'bubble'. If you are referring to staff members getting notified when someone sends a message from the client Portal, we have discussed sending a SMS Text notification to staff from CenterPiece. In CenterPiece you would be able to configure a list of staff members to receive the notifications. Staff could then login to CenterPiece from their mobile device and reply. Does that make sense?

Dear BekahNPRC,

The portal app displays a bubble (or badge) with count of new messages on the home page. This is the first screen the client see when they login.

CenterPiece displays a bubble (or badge) at the top of the app next to your login. The count is the number of new messages received from client that need to be reviewed.

I'm not sure what you mean by CenterPiece creating an app. It is an app.

We can't add a bubble to your iPhone screen. It doesn't work that way. Please call us if you would like to discuss more. 469-293-3079

As i mentioned earlier, we can send a text notification to your iPhone so you'll see new text bubble on your iPhone messenger app. You'll then have to login to centerpiece to read the message.

Hi hanaruth, thanks for the feedback. At this time we have no plans changing the color of the attention flag.

i am curious as to why you think it needs to be changed? It resides at the top of the file and is 'yellow'. Is that not good enough?

Hey LisaRN!

The portal app will read the culture settings on the client's browser. if their culture setting is Spanish, it will default to Spanish language. You have to manually change it because your browser's culture setting is English. hope that makes sense.

Hey Jessica, it's probably best to call us @ 469-293-3079 and provide details of your issue. Leave a message at that number explaining you're having issues, and a support person will call you back asap. All our apps / services are operating normally.

Correct, today the QB Connector supports QB Desktop only. QB Online requires an entirely different API and is not compatible. It will require a completely new / separate connector to be developed. We are committed to supporting QB Online in the future, but don't have a release date yet.

At this time we don't have a projected date. We are currently working around the clock to release a client portal. that is our 100% focus right now. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over QuickBooks fees/pricing.

One option is to run the Batch Receipts report. Then export the list to excel. This report will only display the donor 1 time no matter how many times they have given based on your date range and criteria. Hope that helps!

Hi PamW,

Most likely you can just re-export the batch. Complete the following steps:

1-Under Receipting, Open the batch from the grid. The Batch Detail grid opens.
2-Click the Export Statements button on the left. The Export dialog opens.
3-Depending on the batch size, click the dropdown next to the 'Export To:' list. You might have a second set of statements you need to select to export. Select the 2nd set of statements.

Awesome! Great job ...and sorry if it's a little confusing. Unfortunately, MS Word crashes if we don't keep the batch sizes small e.g. 250 statements at a time. Another option is to email the statements which is a lot easier. ;)

Hey Melguz,

You can find the Correspondence Stats under Client/Reports/Statistics menu. On the page at the top right enter "corres" to filter the reports. Then click "Run Report". Hope that helps!
