We are just beginning to use the scheduler, and are wondering if there is a way to show in the scheduler that an appointment has been called with a reminder? We like to remind our clients of appointments, and previously put a checkmark in the appointment book when we completed the reminder. Thanks! |

That's all I could figure out. Maybe for a future update, there could be a check box with "Called with Reminder" ?? Just an idea. |

I discovered if I upgrade to IE9, it works. Thanks for your work on XP. We have both XP & Windows 7, so will look forward to your solution. |

I was trying to access the new videos from another computer at our Center, and when I click the "Help" tab, nothing displays on the left. Is this a computer problem? I tried on 2 different computers, and it won't work on either one. However, it does work on one. |

We have assigned the computers our counselors use to input information to our medical director. When our counselors print out their notes, it doesn't print their correct counselor name--only the name the computer is assigned to. Is there any way to correct this? It shows the individual counselor's name on the computer, just not when you print.

At this point we have 3 user accounts--the director, myself, and the Client Director (which is our medical director at this point, as we don't have a person who does that). The director and I have full access to the information, but the Client director just has access to the client information. However, we allow each of our counselors to log in on the Client Director's user account, and input the information for their own clients. Do we need to have each of ... |

I know in the past there has not been a way to merge client files. Has that been updated yet, or does it still need to be done manually? |

Is there any way to change how receipts are set up when exported to Word? I like to have the donation detail at the top with our Center's name, and the donor's name, so they can cut that part off and keep it. The letter goes in the section under that. At this point, I change each receipt once I export it to Word, but if that could be changed it would save a lot of time! |

Hi! We just got Quickbooks to use, so I was going to install the Quickbooks Connector. However, Quickbooks says it doesn't have a certificate, and it's dangerous to install it, as our information may be open for anyone to see. Can you help? Is it OK? Will our information be secure?

The last while when I export labels to Word, they are not formatted on a normal label sheet, but smaller. If I just print them, they will not be on the correct label. Is this a setting on my computer that is the problem? It used to work fine! Thanks. |

That is the size of labels we use. The top and bottom margins are not the problem. It's getting them at the right place across the page. Thanks so much for your quick reply!
