When a nurse facilitates an ultrasound scan and finds that the client is potentially pregnant with twins, they then do measurements and seperate due dates, etc for those babie(s). so I get the report and it states Baby A, Baby B. Well, they have seperate due dates, and because one is bigger states one is farther along then the other. Would I input 2 seperate sonogram forms for this, or can you add a function where you select a checkbox stating "potential twins" and it gives a ... |

One due date is 4-31-08, another 5-3-08 so it's a different month. I don't know about tracking both, just want to be accurate for CareNet and Option Ultrasound, and we've been having difficulty with OUP which I had Teresa M call and you guys handled.

I have a client who came in for a test on 2/15/06, then came back on 3/9/06 and she had been to the doctor and they told her she was positive. Would I give her a new case number, yes correct? Also what forms would I assign to her. pregnancy test or pregnancy history? THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

The first test was negative, she went to the doctors a few days later had a test and it was positive. So I mark PoP, but how do I still use all the information from the previous intake form? |

We are hoping to start offering STD testing within the next 1-2 years. What I am wondering is how will I log that in eKyros? When is it a new case (each time they visit for this service or a pregnancy test, or pregnancy test only)? I know that by your standards a new case is "a situation involving any client who has never been to the center or a return client with a new possible pregnancy related concern (new pregnancy, post abortion, abstinence)." For classes I have two questions:
1.) There should be an option for when there is no school, or no class that you can have it void out so you don't think you forgot to input attendance
2.) I am trying to input attendance for a class meeting today but it isn't available. I have options 11-24, or 12-4. It skips 11-30.

Hello....me again :)
For future updates I am wondering if it would be possible to show birthdate and phone numbers when rolling over a clients name, as you have setup with the "notes" balloon. When the mouse is over the balloon it shows you in a dialog box what is typed. It is just easier for whoever is pulling the consultants charts for the day, so you don't have to click into the file, then click back into appointment book,etc it would just be a time saver all ... |

Not necessarily a "column" but just a pop up that shows when you roll your mouse over the client name, like the notes balloon. Yes, so we can accurately identify the client without having to click a whole bunch of times. You are greatly appreciated!!

I am having issues with my appointment book resources. I go to "Setup Resources" and then to "Default Schedule" for "Room 2" on a Tuesday it shows the changes I've made (available 9:30-12:30, 1:00-2:00, and 5:30-8:00) then when I click on a day in the appointment book it only is showing 5:30-8:00 which is the previous schedule. I have tried logging out and logging back in, erasing my temp files, and it is still showing me this. What am I doing wrong? ... |

I am such a dweeb!!! This was totally my fault. I forgot that we had a consultant gone until April 15 and I had edited so she would show in the afternoon but the evening would still be open. So this was my error and it is reflecting the accurate time AFTER the 15th. you are appreciated for your quick response!

I am trying to pull a report. The information I need is under event "07 GFL Registration" and then under "Groups" not all paid the registration, but are listed under here. How can pull this so ALL names show up with addresses, etc? I can pull it via Events Group Listing but this doesn't show the address, etc

Hello friends! I am trying to update a user account, trying to change the staff name and the e-mail address. Everytime I select update it refreshes and shows all user accounts, as if it saved, but all information is still the same. I have director priveleges so am unsure why this is not allowing me to change it.

It happens whenever creating, editing, or checking on resources in the appointment form. It pops up with an error that states

I have a suggestion/request. I would love the option to "check/uncheck" those who I'd like to be included in a report I pull in donor management for receipts, letters, labels, etc. For example we have our monthly Champion Club (those who give monthly) letter that goes out. they receive a letter and their receipt in an envelope with a printed label. I have a weird question...that you probably have a quick answer for :). I have a client who we've been assisting since 9-26-07. Client stated when in for a visit on 1-22-08 that she accepted Christ on 11-27-07.... would I record this on her case stats or not because she didn't pray here or with a specific person... When an ultrasound is performed and the estimated due date is found, and the number of weeks pregnant, but the heartbeat was not detected. Client is only about 6 weeks 6 days, she will be coming in for a follow-up ultrasound. Would this be recorded as conclusive or inconclusive?
